today i went to my maternal side's grandmother house to celebrate her birthday.
i promise her to let her try out my cooking as my birthday present to her however it didn't turn out too well haha. luckily my mum rescued me. though the food still turn out to be too salty..haiz..sadded.
after that we all sat down at the table and started to eat. the number and variety of food was awesome and a bit scary haha. there was spaghetti, fried rice(i was the one who cooked this wee), bee hoon, fried fritters(some mixed unknown dish cooked by my mum), lotus soup, vegetables, and lots more that i didn get to try cause it was at the other side of the table haha.
nobody could finished everything on the table and there was 18 of us..incredible? perhaps haha
i alone had 4 servings of different main course.
after that i was super tired haha maybe thats what they all meant by after eating you will get tired LOL I'm like a pig maybe? haha
i was very sad that day on thursday that i was not able to make it for the may babies birthday celebration. or maybe its just a simple dinner? i was at beerfest doing project with elrin and boo so was unable to make it...cause by the time i was leaving the beer fest it was already 9plus close to 10. and the rest was all leaving...sigh..
anyway Happy birthday to all may babies. and congratuation to sabby and sheng long haha.(hmm is it something that can be congratuated? anyway I'm simply happy for them )
